Curious People

This weekend we were back in Clemson for the Maryland game.  I don’t know if I am proud to say that or not.  I have no comment for the game except that it is always good to see friends at our tailgate despite the outcome.  It would be nice to go see a good team play football.  One day.  Craig asked me if I wanted to drive up and see Penn State play.  I would love to see them play if they were not 10+ hours away.  Anyway back to the story…

We had Ellie with us at the game.  She slept pretty much the entire second half.  But we were at the Letterman’s Club Tailgate/Lunch before the game.  This little boy age 6, came up to us to look at Ellie.  He said, “Goo goo ga ga baby” and looked at her and walked off.  A few minutes later he returned and said the same thing and then poked her on the forehead. I was thinking, “how would you like it if I poked you in the forehead that hard?”  Then his dad came over and got him.  That was curious person number one.

On to curious person number two…  We were walking to the game and this lady was quickly catching up to us and then appeared VERY CLOSE to me on the left side.  She said, “I have been trying to catch up to see the baby!”  Then she starts rambling on as we are trying to make our way out of the road and to our gate.  I have no idea what she said but it was random baby things.  Friends have said that random people will come up to you to touch your baby and all.  I just had no clue about that.
